Nikkia Reveillac is a Trinidadian-born visionary and change agent. As a professional, she’s known for her innovative approach and transformative leadership. In all that she does, her authenticity and passion shine through in her aim to leave everything better than she found it.

She specializes in innovation and marketing strategy, product development, organizational design, and team culture enhancement. At the time of the interview, she was the Head of Research at Twitter, however, she is currently a Director of Consumer Insights at Netflix.
Nikkia enjoys traveling, dancing, and more recently podcasting as she recently launched her Culture Unfit podcast. Nikkia now resides in Brooklyn, New York with her partner and two daughters.
As a fellow Trinidadian, it was an absolute pleasure to speak with Nikkia. She’s an inspiration to all and demonstrates that hard work and strategically pushing barriers can lead one to achieve one’s goals. Rather than an interview, it was a conversation filled with personal reflections and some of life’s greatest lessons. For me, it reaffirmed that you don’t need to have it all figured out at an early age and it is indeed possible to strike a healthy balance between career advancement and personal interests.
