Cynthia is the President & Creative Director of Caribbean Heritage Magazine (CHM). Her firm, Our Like Minds, created the CHM brand and is responsible for the design, print, social media and website for CHM. Our Like Minds specializes in business development, consulting and design. Cynthia remains connected to the Caribbean community through Caribbean genealogy study, the creation of the Ivan and Cordelia Daniel book scholarship for Bajan college students and through her position on the board of Bajans & Friends for Health & Education. Cynthia earned her Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and holds a Masters degree in Education with an emphasis in MESA (Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment) from the University of Illinois, Chicago. By day, she works as a Director of Assessment and Accreditation for a College of Pharmacy.
